Wolves Star Sends Warning Message to Arsenal Players Ahead of Weekend Clash

Arsenal News HQ brings you the latest Arsenal news, match analysis, transfer news, injury news, team news and rumours from trusted media outlets around the World.

Wolves Willy Boly believes Arsenal are a ‘good team’ but insists they aren’t afraid of them, nor should they be at present.

The defender told the media ahead of the game on Saturday, “Arsenal are a very good team, but we are not afraid of Arsenal.

“I don’t think they are going to win very easily.”

Nor do we, Willy, nor do we.

Anyone who has been paying attention will know how unsurprised Arsenal fans were when Sheffield United equalised in the 87th minute in our recent FA Cup tie. We expected it.

What truly shocked us was Arsenal scoring a winner rather than going on to lose.

There hasn’t been a point all season when any Arsenal fan thought we were going to do anything ‘easily’, let alone win.

The collective ‘how’d that happen’ when we scored four against Norwich yet another example of what we’ve come to expect from our sides.

Even as things slowly improve under Arteta, we are still seriously cautious. Show me an honest Arsenal fan who is confident ahead of our trip to Molineux and I will show you a three-headed unicorn.

Arsenal have not won any of their last three against Wolves, drawing two and losing one. Before that, Arsenal had won 16 out of the previous 20 meetings, drawing the other three and losing one.

Win on Saturday and Arsenal will close the gap on their opponents to just three points.

Lose and it increases to nine and we can wave goodbye to any shred of fanciful hope that we’ll be in the Champions League next season.

A six-pointer against Wolves in the race for the Champions League.

What a year 2020 is…
