Four Championship clubs are interested in taking Krystian Bielik on loan this summer, with Arsenal pushing the player to extend his deal or leave.
The Telegraph report that Derby County, West Bromwich Albion, Middlesbrough and Brentford are all among the teams trying to sign Bielik this summer.
The English outlet goes on to add that Arsenal are hoping to tie Bielik down to a contract extension before sending him out on loan, as the 21-year-old has two years left on his current deal.
If the Poland u21 international doesn’t show an interest in extending, then the Telegraph claim Arsenal will look to sell permanently instead.
Bielik is currently on holiday after his participation in the U21 European Championships, missing out on the tour of the USA as a result. Matteo Guendouzi is in the same situation, and the pair will presumably join pre-season when the team come back to England.
Thanks to the slight delay in his return, Arsenal haven’t been able to resolve Bielik’s situation with a face-to-face meeting yet. With any luck, his future will become clear as soon as that happens.
