The 17-year-old is signing his first professional contract and Unai Emery seems to have used his influence to get the youngster to agree to do that at Arsenal rather than Paris.
Arsenal convinced PSG midfielder Yacine Adli to join by making concrete promises over playing time, according to L'Équipe. More follows.

As you can see, Arsenal are not bringing the youngster to the club to stick him in the reserves.
PSG had been very hopeful of getting Adli to sign with them after he was named as their outstanding youth product of the season.
Capped at youth level with France (u16, u17, u18) with 13 goals in 33 appearances, Adli made 11 appaearances in the UEFA Youth League last season, scoring one and assisting another.
