Arsenal’s chairman Sir Chips Keswick is reportedly keen to bring David O’Leary back to the club to help with ‘haphazard recruitment’.
According to an article in the Sunday People, Arsenal chairman Sir Chips Keswick “wants the Irishman’s help in sorting out the Gunners’ haphazard recruitment.”
In what would seem an odd move, the People report that O’Leary would come in above Raul Sanllehi, a move that the Spaniard is unsurprisingly against.
While O’Leary did indeed enjoy some success with Leeds and Aston Villa between 1998 and 2002, he’s been out of the game since he left Al-Ahil in 2011.
Sanllehi, on the other hand, spent 16 years at Barcelona when they were the best team on the planet.
So, who do you trust?
