Watford forward Richardlison who was heavily linked with a move to Arsenal in December has refused to rule out away from the Hornets.

The Brazilian only moved to the Premier League in the summer and made a brilliant start to life in England, with five goals in his first 12 games.

Although the goals have dried up since then, he’s remained impressive for Watford. This prompted reports that Chelsea and Arsenal are interested in signing him.

And when asked about the speculation surrounding his future, Richardlison claimed his sole focus for now is Watford but refused to rule out a summer move to any of England’s big club.

“In the future you never know but I leave all things like that up to my agents,” Richarlison told the Evening Standard, as quoted by the Express.

“At the moment my head is completely in Watford.

“I am not thinking about anything else and I want to help the team get as far as possible in the league.

“That is my objective, that is my focus and nothing else.”

The young winger handed Arsenal a huge boost by claiming he sees his long term future in the Premier League.

He added: “I want to play in this country for as long as possible.

“It is a great league and has been a great experience for me.

“I want to improve and playing in England can help me do that.”
