Arsenal are continuing to monitor Layvin Kurzawa with PSG, ahead of a potential contract offer for a free transfer this summer, according to reports in France.

According to France Football (via Daily Mail), Arsenal haven’t given up on signing Layvin Kurzawa on a free transfer, despite not doing a deal in January. They’re still actively following the left-back, particularly with their continuing injury problems in the position.

Kieran Tierney is almost back, but we’ll have to wait and see how he returns from a few months out. Sead Kolasinac recently got his third injury of the last four months to leave him on the sidelines until the end of March.

Bukayo Saka is performing very well, but Mikel Arteta seems to want him at left-wing. No one is really nailing down the left-back spot right now. Perhaps selling one on (probably Kolasinac) and signing a replacement could be good business.

On the other hand, most Arsenal fans remain unconvinced about Kurzawa specifically. He’s been in and out of the PSG team this season, working as second-choice for much of it. On a free transfer, it’s not a big fee risk, but high wages could balance that out.
