The agent of Arsenal outcast Lucas Perez has revealed that his client would be very happy to move to Lazio this summer, but nothing is certain yet, according to the Daily Cannon.
The striker has been linked with a move to Lazio after a season long loan at Deportivo La Coruna ended in the team getting relegated, and speaking to the press about his future at Arsenal his agent Rodrigo Fernandez Lovelle said;
“What will happen? Lucas has a two-year contract with Arsenal, for now only this can be answered,” he said.
“The club has never put him on the market, it was the player who decided to move at the end of the last summer market. He was sorry to be on the bench, not to be called into the action.”
“First we will know Arsenal’s plans, it is still too early to know what will happen.”
However, he also revealed that Perez would love to link up with his former Deportivo teammate Luis Alberto at Lazio.
“Rome is a great city,” Lovelle admitted. “Lazio is a great club and anyone would be happy to defend its colors.
“Luis Alberto is a great friend of Lucas, in Deportivo they understood each other beautifully. One of his dreams is to come back to play with Luis.”
The striker had a decent tally of nine goals and eight assists, but was second to only Lionel Messi in terms of chances created in the La Liga last season.
He could probably still have a chance at Arsenal under Unai Emery as he didn’t get a chance under Arsene Wenger if we should be fair to him.
