Panic-buy: Wenger agree to sign star winger if this happens – Not Lemar

Arsenal News HQ brings you the latest Arsenal news, match analysis, transfer news, injury news, team news and rumours from trusted media outlets around the world.

Arsenal have reportedly not given up hope of signing Juventus star Juan Cuadrado.

The Gunners have been frustrated in their attempts to sign Thomas Lemar from Monaco so far this summer.

Arsene Wenger wants to bolster his options in the wide areas.

And Italian outlet Transfermarketweb claim Arsenal could turn their attentions to Cuadrado in the final weeks of the transfer window.

Wenger is reportedly contended with his squad at the moment with the only long term injured star being Santi Cazorla. But the reports adds that all that could change should Arsenal suffer any more injury scare from now till the end of the transfer window with Wenger open to a panic-buy.

Cuadrado has reportedly been in Wenger’s transfer wishlist all summer and the boss is reportedly confident of landing the former Chelsea star in the last days of the summer transfer window.

Gooners, even though I don’t particularly like Cuadrado as a player, but do you think this is the right thing to do? Waiting until the last days of the summer transfer window before signing a player.

  1. To me waiting for the last days of transfer to buy a player is a gambling and is another way of deceiving Arsenal fans and players.
Honestly it is not a good idea.
