On-loan Arsenal star Stephy Mavididi is back in first-team training with Charlton Athletic, after spending some time back at Arsenal recovering from a hamstring injury.
Mavididi pulled his hamstring in February, Charlton originally said he would be out for around two months.
Fortunately he is ahead of schedule, and the club Twitter account posted a video of the striker out and running with the team again on Tuesday:

Before his injury, Mavididi scored two goals and assisted one in just four league games for Charlton. Unfortunately, they haven’t fared half as well without him.
A 0-0 draw with Fleetwood Town at the weekend ended a three game losing streak. Nonetheless, they still only have one win in seven matches.
A large part of the problem is in the goal-scoring department. They’ve only scored five goals in those seven games. In fact, the only time they actually scored two was their one win.
With any luck, that’s exactly the problem Mavididi can help them solve. There’s still a chance for the side to make the play-off places, so hopefully the Arsenal youngster can come back in the same form as before his injury.
According to the Charlton website, he’s targeting the Plymouth match on Saturday 24th March for a comeback. I’d expect him on the bench for that match, but after that he can think about starts.
