The report states Arsenal have seen a €16m ($17.86m) bid rejected for 22-year-old central-midfielder on Wednesday, claiming it doesn’t match Juve’s valuation of €20m ($22.33m).
Juventus are reportedly interested in doing business but are not ready to let go of their player for less than their €20m ($22.33m) valuation.
Arsenal have been previously linked with a move for the Gabon international but failed to sign the versatile midfielder last summer; Lemina can play in the central midfield and also at right-back.
However, there have not been any official announcements in regard to the bid but the Telegraph believes Arsenal are ready to return with an improved bid for his signature.
The Gunners will have to move swiftly as Schalke are also said to be monitoring the situation who only signed permanently for the Italians this summer after a season on loan.
The big question remains do we really need a central midfielder? Remember we have Mohamed Elneny and Granit Xhaka.
