Laurent Koscielny, Aaron Ramsey and Alexis Sanchez will all have to be checked ahead of the trip to Everton due to muscle problems.
Sanchez was pictured training in midweek, though, and appears the most likely of the trio to be passed fit.
The Chilean could join Alex Iwobi in the advanced midfield positions in the 3-4-2-1 formation, with Danny Welbeck unlikely to be available due to a hamstring injury. Mesut Ozil and potentially Ramsey provide other options.
Alexandre Lacazette is expected to continue as the lone striker, with Olivier Giroud the alternative.
After failing to impress last weekend, Mohamed Elneny could drop to the bench, seeing Ramsey partner Granit Xhaka in central midfield.
Hector Bellerin and Kolasinac should continue in the wing-back positions, with Rob Holding the option to replace Koscielny in central defence if the Frenchman is ruled out.
Per Mertesacker and Nacho Monreal appear probable starters elsewhere in the back three.
Calum Chambers (hip) and Francis Coquelin (hamstring) are doubtful, Shkodran Mustafi (thigh) is out, while Santi Cazorla is a long-term absentee.
